National Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Network) with regional and
local levels.
- To design the roles of the PCD, regional, and local levels in air quality
monitoring functions and also their inter-relationships.
- To design the data transfer and communication systems, QA/QC program,
data analysis and management, and reporting system
- To recommend the appropriate air monitoring methods those regional and
local levels should use in their air monitoring functions.
- To recommend step-by-step implementation plan of the new design aiming
at to complete decentralization of monitoring.
